Part time , full time painters and marketers | |
Hi, my name is Chris Spadafora. I am the operational manager for the very credible student works painting company in the north york and scarbrough regions(http://www.studentworks.com). I am offering both full time and part time work for both marketers and painters. For the part time work I am paying $10 for every lead obtained, $7 for a referral and weekly incentives for top marketers. In the winter the average for obtaining leads is 1-2 an hour which works out to $10-$20 an hour, in the summer the average is 3-4 with $30-$40 an hour. For the painter position I am starting my inexperienced painters at $13 an hour before tax with a great potential of higher wages throughout the season, and experienced painters at $16 before tax as chief officers managing painting teams and painting homes with a great potential of higher wages throughout the summer. For part time marketing work the hours are a minimum of 5 hours a week and a maximum of 15 hours per week. The painting position starts and maintains a weekly schedule of 40-50 a week for the entire season. No experience is required but preferred for the painting position.
